6. Access to the Property
If SparkleHaus is unable to access the property at the scheduled time because of locked doors, missing keys, incorrect access codes, security restrictions, or other circumstances outside SparkleHaus’s reasonable control, the scheduled service may be delayed, rescheduled, or subject to a cancellation or lockout charge if such charge was disclosed in the applicable service agreement or proposal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information.
SparkleHaus will not intentionally bypass or defeat security systems or access controls.
7. Keys, Access Codes, and Security Information
When customers provide keys, access codes, alarm information, or other security credentials, SparkleHaus will use such information only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

When reasonably possible, SparkleHaus will notify customers of significant scheduling changes and work to arrange an alternative service time.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable advance notice when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled cleaning.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, or lockout fees will be governed by the applicable service agreement or written proposal.
If no separate cancellation policy has been agreed upon in writing, SparkleHaus may charge for services or costs already incurred when permitted by applicable law.
Recurring service agreements may contain additional cancellation and termination requirements.
10. Recurring Services
Recurring cleaning services may be provided on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or other agreed-upon schedule.
The customer will be responsible for payment according to the pricing and payment schedule established in the applicable service agreement.
Changes to the frequency, scope, or condition of the property may result in a change to the service price.
SparkleHaus will communicate material pricing or scope changes before they become effective whenever reasonably practicable.
11. Pricing and Payment
Customers agree to pay the amount stated in the applicable approved proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written pricing arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Additional services must be approved before they are performed whenever reasonably practicable.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and charges required by law.
Disputed charges should be brought to SparkleHaus’s attention promptly.
Late payments may be subject to reasonable late charges or other collection costs only to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
12. Additional Services
Requests for services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
SparkleHaus will generally obtain customer approval before performing significant additional chargeable work.
In emergency or time-sensitive situations, the parties may agree to authorize additional work verbally, electronically, or through another reasonable method.
13. Cleaning Standards and Customer Satisfaction
SparkleHaus strives to provide professional, thorough, and consistent cleaning services.
Cleaning results can vary depending on the age, condition, construction, materials, stains, buildup, damage, and previous maintenance of a property.
Certain stains, discoloration, odors, deterioration, permanent damage, or other conditions may not be removable through ordinary cleaning.
SparkleHaus does not guarantee that every existing condition will be completely removed unless a specific result has been expressly agreed to in writing.
14. Complaints and Service Issues
We want our customers to be satisfied with our services.
If you believe that a service was incomplete or did not meet the agreed scope, please notify SparkleHaus as soon as reasonably possible and provide details regarding the concern.
We will review the matter and, when appropriate, provide an opportunity to address legitimate service deficiencies.
Customers should provide reasonable access to the affected area when necessary for SparkleHaus to inspect or correct a reported cleaning issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
15. Property Damage
SparkleHaus will exercise reasonable care when performing cleaning services.
If a customer believes that SparkleHaus caused damage to property, the customer should notify us promptly and provide reasonable information regarding the alleged damage.
Claims may require inspection, photographs, receipts, repair estimates, or other documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
SparkleHaus is not responsible for damage resulting from:
Pre-existing conditions
Defective or improperly installed materials
Normal wear and tear

16. Valuable, Fragile, or Sensitive Items
Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, collectibles, confidential documents, fragile objects, electronics, and other valuable or sensitive property before services begin.
SparkleHaus should be informed of any item requiring special handling.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope of work, SparkleHaus does not provide specialized handling, preservation, restoration, or valuation services for valuable or fragile property.

Customers should disclose known hazardous conditions before service.
SparkleHaus may decline work that requires specialized licensing, equipment, training, or certification that we do not possess.
19. Employees and Contractors
SparkleHaus may use employees, independent contractors, or other authorized personnel to perform services, subject to applicable law and our business practices.

20. Customer Solicitation of Employees
During the period in which SparkleHaus is providing services and for 12 months after the termination of the customer’s service relationship with SparkleHaus, the customer agrees not to knowingly solicit or hire a SparkleHaus employee or contractor who performed services for that customer, except with SparkleHaus’s written consent.
If a customer wishes to hire an individual who has performed services through SparkleHaus, the parties may discuss an appropriate written arrangement.
